  So what does this even mean?
It means that our breasts require just as much attention as other parts of our body, if not maybe a bit more. We must reconnect & redefine our relationship with our breast, free of societal influence. Such an intricate yet subtle system requires consistent, gentle, & loving care. Here are a few things you can do right now to pamper yourself & give thanks for your beautiful breasts!

1.
After a healing bath or shower, massage your breasts with healing oils such as;
coconut oil, sesame seed oil, apricot oil, olive oil, or castor oil.
2.
Drink 8-24 ounces of fresh green juice daily or as often as you can
3.
Indulge in several ounces of purified water daily
[half of your body weight in oz. is usually a good place to start]
4.
Walk around [in a private & safe space] top-less, allowing your breasts to breathe & be free for at least 20 min. daily
5.
Gently dry-brush your breasts & entire body for lymphatic stimulation
6.
Investigate foods & herbs that fit your lifestyle & diet that promote as well as support holistic breasts health
7.
Find ways to relax & reduce stress in your life

What are some of your breasts-care rituals?
